There really was a survey in the England to determine the number of times per day that the average man thought about sex - really! Now, I don't know what kind of focus group they used or what the people with the clipboards actually looked like - did the sponsors think of that? But it turns out - they came to the dubious conclusion - that the average man thinks about sex a certain number of times a day - it really doesn't matter for the purpose of this song, so I chose five, arbitrarily; why am I explaining this? So I said to the focus group around my kitchen table 'I can't understand how the average man keeps losing concentration.'
